Smart Cap: Security and Control
ZIPPER Smart Cap Kits for security and control options are conceived for the function of enhanced security, as well as the possibility of IOT Telematics Convergence.
Since its introduction, ZIPPER has become ‘smarter’ through improved communication protocols and new accessories that open the way to new functions and possibilities.
Also available in the new added functionality, dedicated to the automatic recognition of in-house fuel pump guns, for the management of controlled dispensing (RFID system).
They require to be paired with one of the Kockòn base modules of the Mach II series:
Thanks to a simple connection, ZIPPER is used to activate alert systems and / or, thanks to its interfacing with existing third-party telemetry systems on vehicles, alerts the fleet manager about the activities related to the opening and closing of the tank.
Features
IOT - Telematic Convergence
Can be integrated with third-party telemetry, management and security systems.
Security
ZIPPER guarantees the tank is always closed when the fuel gun is not inserted. This protects against accidental spillage of fuel which would normally occur in the absence of a conventional cap.
Control
ZIPPER warns tank opening and closing to local or remote operators by simply interfacing with third party systems.
IOT: THE INTERNET OF TRUCKS
The GENESIS approach is to enhance what is already present on the vehicle, rather than creating obsolescence that leads to the replacement of existing systems. This approach not only proves to be more responsible and sustainable, but also very convenient for sector operators who want to have systems that are always up to date, without having to replace them every time technology and needs change over time.
