TRANSFORM-ABLE UPGRADE READY CAPABILITY Upgrade Ready and Transform-ABLE means that Kockon tank neck mounted mechanical devices are made to be matched with innovative complements, either when first installed or later, as the Genesis technology broadens it’s scope.

UNPARALLELED PROTECTION KOCKÒN has NO holes or slots, it’s impossible to insert flexible pipes or tubes to syphon the content of the tank. The PROGRESSIVE FLOAT LOCK prevents any access to the fuel located in the upper part of the tank without interfering with refueling operations.

QUICK REFUELLING Due to the specially designed internal geometry, fuel flows free without turbulence, splash-back or overflow.

EASY INSTALLATION KOCKÒN is installed in seconds thanks to the proprietary bayonet and thread systems, no mechanical modifications are required to the tank or tank neck, no screws needed, no rivets, no glue or sealants.

READY MADE - OUT OF THE BOX This product is delivered ready for use. Just open the box, read the instructions, install and you're ready to go.

CAP INCLUDED Mach II range Ready Made Kockon is supplied with one of the various fuel cap options available in the Mach II Transform-Able program. Our conventional 2 point bayonet rotating cap is chosen on the merits of its overall quality and reliability and above all, its low profile design. Furthermore, regardless of the specific Kockon, all Mach II conventional caps are of the 105 2 point bayonet type, in an effort to help maintenance operators to standardize spare part references even in cross - brand fleets.

SAFETY As a safety device, ZIPPER guarantees that the fuel tank is always closed when a refueling pistol is not inserted into the tank, therefore replacing the standard fuel cap. The sliding, spring loaded cap quickly returns to it’s closed position as soon as the pistol nozzle is extracted after refueling operations have taken place. This feature ensures there is no spillage of fuel during travel or even in the in-adverted case of the vehicle leaving it’s upright position.

PROGRESSIVE FLOAT LOCK The progressive float lock prevents any access to the fuel located in the upper part of the tank without interfering with refueling operations.
